Last Day At Work

Last Thursday was my last day at work. I had worked at H.H.Lau Architect since December 2010. Now, its time to say goodbye. I will definitely miss all my great friends there. I also got a surprised blueberry cheese cake that was so delicious. Thanks everyone. All of you had help me a lot. Really appreciate it. As a token of appreciation, i surprised them with a small little gift. Its not much but hope you all like it.

 Goodbye to working life and Hello student life! Please be nice to me...

I Love You Mom!

At the age of 23 and this year going to be 24, my mom still made breakfast for me. I'm touched. My kind of breakfast normally a simple hot cocoa and a few slice of bread or biscuits would be fine. Actually my mom woke up early each morning to make breakfast for my 2 little brothers before they go to school. She just make some extra and leave it for me so that i could bring my breakfast to work. Thanks mom! I love you. You just made my day!

One Fine Busy Day

I'm so tired to even talk about it. First thing in the morning i went to a local hospital to do medical check up, then i went to survey mom's new car with my parents, later i went to MARA's office to picked up my education loan form and enjoyed myself on a ferry on my way to the MARA's office in Penang. Even later that evening, i went to take my passport photos. And now, i so tired to fill up the education form and had these nice feeling of laying on my bed and sleep. And yet, i still have to go to work tomorrow.

What A Hot Sunny Sunday

 


Weather: Hot sunny cloudly blue sky... Love the sky today. What i could not resist is the very hot weather.

Today Activities: Went to my cousin's family wedding reception. Meet up with my dear mom-to-be cousin. She is expecting in 1-2 weeks. Hope i could see her baby before i move to Shah Alam to further my master studies in the end of the month. While we were chatting keeping updates with our life, a mummy cat with a big  baby tummy went to sleep at our side. It was so funny to see the two are expecting their baby to be born. 

Time move so fast as it rapidly changes our life. I was her bridesmaid 9 months ago and look at it now! A beautiful baby is waiting to come out to cherished our lives.

P/s: Adore my other cousin's daughter eye lashes. She is so adorable that we called her "Gebu". It means fair skin.

Making Myself Becoming A Green Thumb

I love plant especially those with flowers. Looking at plants just make me feel happy, its kind of a relaxing therapy for me. Always dream of having beautiful garden at home like it is during spring but since living in a tropical country kind of limit yourself only to tropical plants. Mostly tropical plant only have big green leaves with no flowers or maybe some tropical flowers.

Having to see my dad's garden turn out well just making me envy of his green thumb skills. Last year i planted a few but honestly, it didn't turn out well. Being a green thumb is a gift. I guess not everyone have it. This year, i'm planting a few more plants and hoping they turn well, healthy and beautiful.

My New Pair of Floral Flats

It is what you called love at first sight. I am so falling in love with these flats. Love the bow and prints. Thank you mom! (my mom bought it for me as a present since i got offer to continue my studies in Master of Architecture). Could have asked for better present but i don't care. I love it! Bought it at Payless Shoesource, Sunway Carnival Mall Penang. It was my 1st time there since the store first arrived here in Penang. Lots of great choices of shoes arrange according to your sizes. Will definitely drag my sisters to go there again next time.

My Cousin's Engagement Day

Last week was Ain's engagement day. She is one of my close cousin. I just wanted to proudly say to her "Ain, ur engaged! *wink*. I'm so happy for you. She and her fiance, Palie make a great couple together. Even though i had to rushed to 2 events on the same day in different state, i still manage to arrived to her special day (I arrived 45 minutes late).

Like she said "one step closer from south to north" since Ain is from the north city and Palie is from the south city. The event went well as planned. I also had some extra time making chocolate brownies with almonds for her as a present. I hope she likes it. I really love her engagement's rainbow cake. It was delicious and cute.

As she is engaged, people started asking me when is my turn? Always the same old questions since i'm one of the oldest child in the family. People never get bored asking questions. Before this, "When are you going to continue your studies" then "When are you graduating?" later "When are you going to start working?" More over "When are you going to get married? After that "When are you going to give birth?" Finally "When are you going to have another child" and i still think it wouldn't be the final question since the questions will never going to meet an ending i guess. But its ok. I don't really mind. At least they care about me. I know my time will come so no need to rush people! i will tell you when its time.

Last Year's Artworks

I made these drawings last year. I guess i had nothing to do (not counting the ton of works laying around in the office). I felt like making some artwork so that i could release my stressful life in a good way. I wanted to feel how's the feeling of becoming an artist (lame!). What ever to the negative thinking in my head that always pushing my dreams aside. I managed to made a few sketches and drawings and i felt good. I want to make more. More yet to come.

Simple! Have you ever wonder what is it like to be flying around in the blue sky like a balloon?

Seeing the world through that kind of perspective view can be very different. The wider you see the more you know and experience. I want my life to be like that. To be able to travel far beyond my expectation, to get outside the box and be mature along the journey.


Finding new friends, trying new skills/hobbies, tasting new foods, travelling to places, expecting the unexpected. It seems like a very irresistible adventure. Guess what! Im flying away from my hometown in the end of the month! Can't wait... Will tell you later about it.

This is my new blog since the last one was a total disaster and it was just an experimenting process(or maybe i got bored with it) hahaha... Nevermine.. Lets move on with this one...

Funny, it felt & sounded as if im writing a book...

Maybe i should write a book call The Flying Balloon (ignore it.. just a silly idea that suddenly pops up in my mind)

There are lot of things that happened to me for the last few years... Guess what.. I've been growing. Yeah! Growing by age and also unfortunately adding up more weight...Errr... Thats no good. But what more important was life made me realised the important things around me... it did made me stronger and braver along the way to face the challenging world...

Its was never an easy job to sail life in the vast ocean. No one ever say its easy but its never impossilbe to live a happy life. My blog is just a few stories of my life that i wanna share. I didnt mind if no one read it. I only want to write about it so that one day i could flip through those pages back and see what did i do or see or went or ate at that time. I do sometimes tend to forget things so this my way of making my brain refresh back what i been through those days...

Im still in the process of designing my new blog. Hope i manage to get a nice layout.
