Design day is always a busy and mess up day for me that i have to face every week. But sometimes, even on a very important day for my design i will somehow find times to do the things that i love. I dont know why but its kind of an addiction to grab a pen and make some doodles. I rather make doodles than do my design. Anyway, design is design and doodles are still doodles.

Day 4

"Poison Apple"

We Were Sick And Had Steamboat For Dinner

Yes! That was exactly what i had with my friend, Lg. Both of us were sick on the same day. I had a terrible flu and felt like a clown with a big red nose to blow on. Phew... Luckily, after eating some medicine the next day i am all fine. Alhamdulillah....

Great tasty dinner! Awesome...

It just that on the day i got the flu i had to attend this serious 3D rhino and grasshopper software class which i cant hardly escape. So end up, i felt asleep half of the class and the other half of the class getting confused  and lost to all the new command and systems. Great! Now i do have to learn it by myself. Or maybe ask some of my friends or seniors if they are not busy and wouldn't mine lending me their time for a while. 

Travel to Singapore: Day 1

I haven't really had the time to update my blog. Its been about a week since my visit to Singapore or so called The Lion City. It was my very 1st time travel outside Malaysia. The trip was actually my master's architectural study trip. But surely what i can say is that it was an enjoyable experience to explore the city with my crazy full of action studio mates! We had lots of fun.

While we were waiting for our bus. The bus was 1 hour late!

After few hours in the bus to Larkin, Johor.

Arrived at Woodlands from Larkin, Johor by public bus which cost us RM3.30.
Heavy traffic to Singapore via Tambak Johor especially during the weekend.  

Our 1st day was extremely tiring since we were backpackers and had to travel to Singapore by bus. It was very uncomfortable since i had to drag my luggage all the way . From UiTM Shah Alam to Larkin, Johor to Bugis Street, Singapore.

Weather was hot, heavy luggage around, hungry stomach and finally arrived at our Wow Hostel at Geylang Street near to Aljunied MRT Station at 8.30pm. The Aljunied MRT station to our hostel was just a 5 minute walk. Honestly, the outside of the hostel look kind of scary by when we entered it, it was quite cozy. It had a super big plasma tv, a kitchen, clean shower, computer for us to facebooking, dinner table, comfy bed with IKEA product and my favourite item. Massage Armchair! It does help me a lot after walking for the whole day.

We then headed to a mamak's restaurant (i forgot the name of the restaurant) in Arab Street. The food are quite expensive if compared to Malaysian mamak. But thats the only choice we had so its fine for me since i could hear my own stomach growling. I ordered mee goreng which cost $4.

I going to Singapore tomorrow for my architectural trip. Hope it will be a fun and memorable trip.

Day 2 & 3

"Under the Sea"

"Hiding" 

It is the Project 365. It means each day i must at least doodle/ sketch something for me to complete in a year time so that i would have a series of my very own doodles/sketches collection. But see now what happened. Its been 9 days since i last posted on day 1 project. I am so busy i didnt even have time to do things that i love. i should save some times for myself rather than just watching Korean series which what i am doing nowadays if i have free time. Its very addictive.

What I Had Last Night For Dinner

A homemade seafood sandwich with chrysanthemum tea . I wasn't feeling good and had a terrible cold yesterday. I've lost my appetite and no sense of taste at all. Apart from it, i still have to do an abstract essay assignment for my philosophy class. Hope i still can finish it on time since now i'm feeling much better.

Little Prince

This is my new friend who always distract me from making my work done . His name is Little Prince. Might be kind of a lame name for a fish but i guess he don't mind. Bought his for just rm2 at a fish shop. Cheap huh... I put him on my table in the studio so that when i feel bored i could tease him up. Especially when he wanted to fight with his own reflection in the mirror. It cheer me up in a way...

Project on Putrajaya's Boulevard

Its been a week since i started my class. Since then, i was really busy and without the internet life seems like it slowing myself down. Not a good feeling at all. My 1st design project is about the Putrajaya's Boulevard. We have to create a more lively place to the area since the area is dead at night.

Manage to snap some photos of flowers and plants there. It just apart of my hobby collecting picture of flowers.

Last night, i did an artwork. The one with the black background. Need more practice i guess. Playing with colours, making my hands dirty with paint while watching back to back episodes of Charmed until i felt asleep. Such a therapy.

Extreme Nerve Racking Week

Its been a while since i last updated my blog. I've been really busy lately. Lots of things need to be done but Alhamdulillah everything went well eventhough i have to face some issues. Some nerve racking issues regardless to the tide time limit.

19th Feb was my little brother 10th birthday. Well, he's not so little anymore. I bought Najib a present that i hope he will like and appreciate since im not a choosing-the-best-birthday-present type of person. Its not much but i really really hope he like it this time. He keeps telling me not to buy family games/ board games since that what i end up buying him and everyone is so busy they cant spent time playing it. So i did'nt buy family games this time. *wink*

On the same day of my brother's birthday, we had a little kenduri doa selamat for me since i'm going to further my studies. Hopefully i could study and graduate safely with flying colour. Hopefully..... Anyway, i've invited some of my neighbour and families. We had done bacaan surah yasin and doa selamat, ate my mother's delicious mee kuah and chocolate cake, spent time talking and taking photos with my families and neighbour. Yeah, i had a great day and me being so tired at the end of the day.

A few days while i was so busy preparing all my university's documentation, my best cousin was emitted to the hospital. She and he husband are waiting for their 1st baby to be born. It took her hours and hours nearly 2 days, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Everyone was relief as she and her baby are safe. Especially me since i was not there to support her because i was on my way to my university on that very day.

I was here when Izara was born. Here i was at this very hall for my registration day for postgraduate students. Its had been a really tiring day of lining up, writing forms, taking picture for student id and house hunting. Why i called it house hunting? Because unfortunately i had problems with the house i wanted to rent and are force to search for a new place at a very last minute. Alhamdulillah, i was lucky and managed to find a place to stay just nearby that same area. I did not have time to snap some photos of my new home. Maybe later....

I've been eating toasted bread with kaya and butter along with a cup of hot milk tea for 3 days in a row while i was registering and house hunting. Will definitely not having this for breakfast in a while. 

Last night, i have been craving sweet treat for dinner. Went off to secret recipe to buy a slice of chocolate indulgence cake and chicken cornish. Fully satisfied! 

Special Weekend Treat

 Chocolate mocha ice-cream with peanut,kiwi and waffle.

Diet or no diet. The one thing that i just can't resist. Ice-cream! Yummy. Good food always make me happy.

Last Day At Work

Last Thursday was my last day at work. I had worked at H.H.Lau Architect since December 2010. Now, its time to say goodbye. I will definitely miss all my great friends there. I also got a surprised blueberry cheese cake that was so delicious. Thanks everyone. All of you had help me a lot. Really appreciate it. As a token of appreciation, i surprised them with a small little gift. Its not much but hope you all like it.

 Goodbye to working life and Hello student life! Please be nice to me...

I Love You Mom!

At the age of 23 and this year going to be 24, my mom still made breakfast for me. I'm touched. My kind of breakfast normally a simple hot cocoa and a few slice of bread or biscuits would be fine. Actually my mom woke up early each morning to make breakfast for my 2 little brothers before they go to school. She just make some extra and leave it for me so that i could bring my breakfast to work. Thanks mom! I love you. You just made my day!

One Fine Busy Day

I'm so tired to even talk about it. First thing in the morning i went to a local hospital to do medical check up, then i went to survey mom's new car with my parents, later i went to MARA's office to picked up my education loan form and enjoyed myself on a ferry on my way to the MARA's office in Penang. Even later that evening, i went to take my passport photos. And now, i so tired to fill up the education form and had these nice feeling of laying on my bed and sleep. And yet, i still have to go to work tomorrow.
